Projects & Partnerships

Ensign engages with people from all walks of life in our diverse community in East London, especially from the Tower Hamlets area.
The Ensign is dedicated to serving the disadvantaged community by addressing their social, health, recreation, and educational needs. We aim to develop and to provide quality services, resources and activities that enhance their well-being to enable community members to overcome social exclusion and lead an independent and stable life.

We engage different target groups include disadvantaged children, men, women and young people from our diverse community including ethnic minority communities living in East London and around our centre, St Katharine and Wapping area in Tower Hamlets

Our four key target groups:

  • Young people (male and female)
  • Socially excluded including residents
  • Unemployed people
  • Disabled people (SEND).

Ensign strives to provide services and organise activities which are culturally, linguistically and socially appropriate to the diverse community in East London.

  • Offering information and advice to clients on Health Service for Elders
  • Interpretation and translation services for clients who need it.
  • Professional advice and information on community related
    issues.
